Pipelineroad.ai is a GTM intelligence platform that turns scattered buying signals into coordinated outbound action, built for founders and revenue teams who'd rather move than guess.
I was asked to design the brand and landing page for Pipelineroad before the product existed. There was no UI to reference, no live feature to demo, no users to interview. Just a thesis from the founder about how outbound should work and a category full of forgettable competitors. The task was unusual: convince B2B buyers that the platform was real and worth a meeting while engineering was still mid-build.
The work covered brand direction and the landing page itself. I treated the page as a design tool, not just a deliverable. Every section forced a decision the team hadn't locked yet, what the product looks like, what it sounds like, what it refuses to be. By the time the product caught up, the brand had already drawn its borders.
Challenge
Design the brand and landing page for a product that did not exist yet. No screenshots to reference, no user research, no feature list locked. The page had to feel real and opinionated for buyers visiting cold, while the product itself was still being built behind it.
Solution
I worked the landing page as a design forcing function. Hero copy, feature sections, and visual language were drafted as if the product already shipped, then fed back as direction for the build. The brand chose its voice early: editorial confidence over SaaS noise, surgical color, type that earns the room. The page became a single source of truth for what Pipelineroad is, faster than any spec doc could have been.
